This is a service provided by the Richmond Association of Realtors. It provides recent sales, rentals and listings for single family homes, townhomes, multi-family homes and vacant lots.

Courthouse Retrieval System (CRS)

This is a new program that consists of downloaded courthouse records. It provides recent sales and maps of the area.

Courthouse Records

This resource is used in order to verify sales, collect complete information and correct discrepancies between research tools.

Win2Data

This is a program that consistently provides reliable data on the most recent sales of the area. It also provides deed book numbers for the sales.

Thalhimers Report

This resource is used to find rental information for commercial properties.
